Title data, in all its forms, is fully transferable from one owner to another. It is saleable.
The Right To Trade Data
Title data is data that establishes ownership of a possession. For example, the title deeds to a house are title data. The registered ownership of stocks or bonds is title data. Some digital possessions, such as digital music or a video embody the title to the possession by virtue of the simple fact that you own and store them. Note also that cryptocurrency itself is simply a digital possession, the title to which is enshrined in the private key that controls ownership and access to a cryptocurrency amount. Title is proof of ownership.
This data is distinct from credential data and personal history and state data, in that it can be traded. When such title data is sold to another party they gain ownership of the underlying asset.
